Our approach to the Region D bulk water reticulation upgrade is structured around four phases: condition assessment, hydraulic modelling, detailed design, and construction monitoring.

Phase 2 — Hydraulic modelling. We build a calibrated model with calibration targets within 2 m head at all logger points under peak-hour conditions, allowing upgrade options to be tested against realistic demand growth.

Phase 3 — Detailed design. Designs are issued in three packages so that early works can proceed while later packages are finalised, with a formal design review at each package gate.
